Basu Chatterjee in 1986. } Remake of 12 Angry Man (1957) by Sidney Lumet. } Nominated for 3 Oscars and won another 13 awards. } Story idea is quite simple. } 12 male members of a jury gathered together to take a decision against a young boy accused of killing his father. } All members of the jury, except one, strongly believe the accused to be guilty. } Most of the jury members did not want to discuss the issue and pronounce the accused as guilty based on their opinions } Minor doubt in one jury members mind slowly develops into an elaborate discussion.
