Scott Hamling, Asst. Vice President, Cherry Creek Mortgage. Scott was the Owner of the Real Estate Appraisal Company from 1996 until he came over to CCMC in 2010. Scott will be covering Taking Back Control of the Appraisal Process. The REALTORS will learn how to get an appraisal that will be accurate. He will also discuss discrepancies with the appraiser, preparing comps, and putting together an Appraisal Package. Barbara Weade, Project Analyst/Consultant of Condo Projects for Cherry Creek Mortgage. Barbara is known as the Diva of Condominium Projects. She has been underwriting projects since 1974. The REALTORS will learn all of the recent condominium project changes along with how to get projects reapproved for FHA financing. Tom Ninness, Vice President/Regional Production Manager for Colorado. Toms portion will be the A,B,Cs of Underwriting Guidelines. Helping over 8,000 families with their home financing, Tom will be going over all of the underwriting guideline changes since the mortgage meltdown. The REALTORS will learn the multiple change regarding income, credit, and savings to better prepare the customer for the finance portion of the transaction.
