Jindal Global Law School A two-day workshop to consider contemporary trends in product development that use instruments of transnational law to sustain ethical value. It not only critically examines such practices as potential alibis for structural exploitation, but it also considers constructive ways in which transnational law might underpin more equitable forms of north-south partnership. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate on a project that draws concretely on such diverse areas as Public Law, International Law, Ethics, Global Governance, Intellectual Property, Law and Anthropology, Emerging Economies, Corporate Responsibility, Retail Business, Supply Chain Management.
