Demand and Capacity Management

Enquire with the client about the time frame in which they require the project ,according to requirement and skill set required project team is formed. In case of high demand, when there are more number of projects employee with required skill sets are recruited through references or walk-ins. In case of low demand manpower is managed by shifting employees from other projects which are coming to completion. Based on project requirement manpower is managed using CMIS.
