What is Management Jobs?


Management jobs are those jobs where your role is to accomplish things through the work of others rather than by doing the work yourself. People in management jobs do one thing, they manage, so they are Manager.

Eg. Production Manager, Software development Manager.


Rewards with Management Jobs:


The rewards, a Person in management job can achieve, are always measured in terms of money. But there is two types of rewards: 1. Financial rewards 2. Non-financial rewards

Financial Rewards are: Higher Salary Package Extra Incentive and benefits House and Car facility Authority & Power

Rewards with Management Jobs:


The Non-financial reward associated with management jobs are : Job Satisfaction The praise and recognition for their work in organization The Reputation and Fame in Society Promotions

Why Management Jobs have High Pressure?



Managing other people Managing Long Timings Achieving Targets Maintaining relations with clients Pressure of giving results to higher authority Pressure of playing different roles in organization Time for Family

The main Pressure is:


Managing people: You have subordinates, clients, Sr. Management, family and you have to manage your timings with all these people around you. Managers have to fulfill the challenges to get rewarded otherwise it is tough world.

Conclusion:
Management jobs have very much pressure because they are responsible for the company's performance, they have to get work done through others and its not an easy task, the one who fulfill this challenge effectively, definitely he or she will get rewards. Thus, management jobs are rewarding but they are highly pressure jobs.
