Fe-Ga (Iron-Gallium)

The Fe-Ga phase diagram in [Massalski2] was adopted from [1990Oka]. (A wrong figure was shown in the first print of [Massalski2].) [2002Ike] investigated the equilibria among ( Fe), , , Fe3Ga, and Fe3Ga by means of transmission and scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersion spectroscopy. Figure 1 shows the Fe-Ga phase diagram of [1990Oka] modified in the range 10-35 at.% Ga according to [2002Ike].
