    8L: Nonconservation Lands

    Policy: The Land Trust may receive land that does not meet its project selection criteria with the intent of using the proceeds from the sale or exchange of the property to advance its mission. If the Land Trust intends to sell or exchange donated property which does not meet its conservation criteria, it shall provide clear documentation to the donor of its intent before accepting the property and shall obtain a written statement from the donor indicating that they are donating property to be sold or exchanged.
