26 respondents visit weekly a saloon. 28- are brand conscious. 26 of the respondents have visited a shahnaz hussain parlor. Out of the above 26, 22 think that the price that they paid is worth. Majority of the Respondents think that Loreal is a competitor to it. Most of the respondents choose the parlor on the basis of commutability and quality. 36 respondents said that, Sector 18 is a comfortable place to visit for grooming purpose

CONCLUSION:
We found that a franchisee of Shahnaz hussain in sector 18 is a feasible idea. Shahnaz hussain has a herbal product range which diffrentiate it from its competitors in the market.
