It is move from May to July 2011 and its final this time on the 24th-29th of September 2011 due to some reason as: - MOA was signed and release by the provincial government of Laguna a month late - Change of facilitators schedule of availability because of late MOA submission - Majority of the participants of CECAP training back-out because of some personal/professional reason. - Back out of some participants due to conflict of schedule and financial matters. We wish to invite you again for the CECAP training scheduled on the last week of July this year. We wish you will be given enough consideration to our invitation.
