INTRIDUCTION TO OB

OB is a field of study that investigates the impact that individuals, groups and structure have on behaviour within organization, for the purpose of applying such knowledge towards improving an organizations' effectiveness. It studies human behaviour at individual level, group level and organization level. It apply the knowledge gain about individuals, groups and the effect of organizational structure on behaviour on organizations performance. Thus, OB is the study an application of knowledge about human behaviour related to other element of the organization such as structure, technology and social system.
