On Tuesday August 23, DSK (Dominique Strauss-Kahn) will have a court hearing at 11:30am.

This may be the date the Manhattan DA announces the unreasonable & illogical dismissal of a sexual assault criminal case on an illiterate African immigrant with strong forensics, DNA and medical evidence for the NY Jury in Criminal Court to examine and make decisions. We are urging Cyrus Vance, Jr. not to play God, we live in a democratic country the DA office is not Cy Vance Jr.s personal fiefdom. Cy Vance, Jr. has no right to deny Nafi Diallo her due process rights, he also has no rights to deny New Yorkers the privileges to perform their civic duty, let the NY Jury examine & decide on the DSK criminal case. We want the Manhattan DA office to fight as hard for a poor minority immigrant like Nafi Diallo as they did fighting for the Caucasian female Wall Street banker in the Central Park jogger rape case.
