BRIEF SCOPE OF WORK SUMMARY CONTRACTOR shall perform miscellaneous technical services mentioned hereunder, in all engineering disciplines related to Generation operations at existing power plants including, but not limited to, Operation & Maintenance, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation & Controls, Computer & Networking, Civil, Chemical, and Environmental. 1. 2. 3. 4. B. TECHNICAL GUIDELINES FOR COMPLIANCE OF BIDDERS

Only CONTRACTORS with a minimum of five (5) years experience in providing manpower and engineering services will be accepted as bidders. The bidders shall submit prequalification documents for evaluation and approval by proponent. The bidders shall provide a list of on-going projects such as in-house engineering work and consultant manpower supply with SEC and S. Aramco. The bidders shall provide list of key personnel particularly engineers (mechanical, electrical, instrument & control and civil) with experience in power generation particularly on boilers, steam and gas turbines, project management, engineering studies including operation & maintenance. The bidders shall provide a list of out-of-kingdom affiliates as part of their technical support with proof of affiliation.
