    COMPENSATION ON TRANSFER (W.E.F. 01.05.2010) (Reference: HRDD Circular No. 628 dated 12.06.2010) An officer on transfer will be eligible to draw a lump sum amount as indicated below for expenses connected with packaging, local transportation, insuring the baggage etc: Grade / Scale of Officer i).
