RE: CONTRACT OF SALES & PURCHASE

This contract is made on 15th July 2008 between M/s Sens Beau Fashion.
Hereinafter called customer and M/s Dream Brassiere. Hereinafter called the Bargainer.

It is hereby agreed that:-

1) The customer will paid Two Thousand Only (RM2000.00) as deposit to

bargainer.
2) If customer not satisfy the goods in between 3 month, bargainer will refund
back the deposit (RM 2000.00).
3) 3 month notice to terminate the contract.
4) All the article return must in the good order and condition.
5) If any damage article received, bargainer will deduct the deposit as goods
sold.
