General Objective:

problems and initiates necessary action; plans and schedules routine maintenance; establishes work
priorities; issues work orders; instructs, and assigns subordinates, and inspect completed work;
trains evaluates staff; maintain time and costs records; and ensures that safety standards and
regulations are observed.
Responsible in establishing and maintaining effective working relationship with tenants, contractors,
suppliers, government agencies, the co-staff and the public.
Administers and enforces the mall’s rules and regulations, create resolutions, letters, and memoranda
for all violators.
Coordinates with mall tenants; schedule store inspections and perform plans examining; conducts
meetings with contractors, analyzes structural design, repairs / alteration of the mall and its stores;
interprets and explains building requirements and restrictions; and issues work order and/or permit
to work to contractors.
Coordinates with other departments and participate in variety of duties involved in directing,
regulating, monitoring and implementing the company policies and projects.
Supervises the mall security and housekeeping/janitorial group to ensure proper scheduling,
distribution of assignments and adequate manning.
Direct the towing of illegally parked vehicles and resolve damage complaints from customers.
Supervises day to day operational activities of the company owned basement parking lot; review of
related internal control documentation; the maintenance of parking facilities; scheduling of
personnel; directing and regulating the movement of vehicular traffic. Monitors and correct safety
hazards.
Organizes series of training on First aid, Bomb detection and Fire drill for all authorized personnel
through proper coordination with concerned government agencies.
Serves as liaison to the local government agencies for permits and other events.
Prepares and administers proper budgeting and budget report for the Administration Department.
PERFORMS OTHER RELATED DUTIES AS MAY BE ASSIGNED BY THE PRESIDENT/CEO.

1. INITIATED THE CONDUCTION OF FIRST AID SEMINARS FROM PHIL. NATL. RED CROSS.
2. INITIATED THE CONDUCTION OF BOMB AWARENESS SEMINAR FROM PNP BOMB SQUAD
3. INITIATED THE CONDUCTION OF FIRE SAFETY SEMINAR / DRILL FROM THE BUREAU OF
FIRE PROTECTION.
4. ATTENDED THE 3 DAY 1st MULTI – SECTOR BOMB AWARENESS SEMINAR CONDUCTED BY
THE 1st INFANTRY TABAK DIV., PA TASK FORCE ZAMBOANGA
5. INITIATED THE ON GOING INSTALLATION OF CELFONE SIGNAL BLOCKER AT THE
BASEMENT PARKING AREA IN ANTICIPATION FOR PREVENTING THE USE OF CELFONE BY
TERRORIST AS A TRIGGERING DEVISE FOR A POSSIBLE PLANTED BOMB.
6. SOON TO INSTALL THE CCTV FOR VITAL POINT AREA THROUGHOUT THE MALL.
7. ON GOING ADDED SECURITY MEASURES AT THE BASEMENT PARKING AREA TO DEPOSITS
ALL VEHICLE DRIVERS LICENSE AT THE CASHIERS BOOTH.
8. IMPLEMENTED A GUN BAN POLICY TO ALL PNP & AFP PERSONNEL ( e.g. AFP civilian assets,
PNP-intelligence.) WHO WANTS TO COME - IN THE MALL THAT ARE NOT IN COMPLETE
UNIFORM AND CARRYING THEIR SIDE FIRE ARAMS. THAT THEY MUST DEPOSIT AT THE
SECURITY ENTRANCE TO ENSURE THE SAEFTY OF ALL THE SHOPPERS.
ACOMPLISHMENTS:
1. HELPED OVERSEE THE JOB OF ALL WORKERS DURING CONSTRUCTION TIME AT THE
JOBSITE AREA VETERANS AVE. COR. CAMPANER ST. Z.C..
2. FACILITATE THE INSTALLATION OF THE 9- AIR VENTILATORS- (INTAKE/OUT-TAKE).
3. OVERSEE AND SUPERVISE THE INSTALLATION OF THE POWER GENARATOR FOR
INSTALLATION AT THE GENSET ROOM.
4. COORDINATE WITH ZAMCELCO AND CONTRUCTOR FOR THE INSTALLATION OF 3-PHASE
TRANFORMER 167KVAeach.
5. FACILITATE AND ACCOMMODATE THE INQUIRIES OF SUPPLIERS AND PROSPECT
TENNANTS FOR SPACE RENTALS.
6. COORDINATE AND OVERSEE THE BACK-JOB WORK OF THE CONTRUCTOR FOR REPAIR
SCHEDULE AT THE PREMISES.
7. OVERSEE THE INSTALLATION OF THE AIRCONDITIONING SYSTEM OF THE BLDG.
