Photograph of visitors to Tate viewing Carl Andre's sculpture 'Equivalent VIII' referred to in the media as 'The Bricks'. The sculpture provoked much debate about modern art when it was exhibited in the Gallery in 1976.
Wrapped Reichstag
This was a project undertaken by Bulgarian artist Christo and his artistic collaborator JeanClaude between 1971 and 1995. Christo, who is famous for wrapping landscapes and buildings, worked with JeanneClaude to wrap the Reichstag in Berlin in shiny paper.

Actor Tilda Swinton spent seven days sleeping in a glass case, first at the Serpentine Gallery in London in 1995 and then at the Museo Barraceo in Rome in 1996.
