Curry Leaf Chutney
Ingredients
grinder filled with Curry Leaf 4 inches of Ginger (add more ginger if you like it spicy) 6 green chilies 6 tablespoonful of lemon Juice (add /reduce depeding on your preference) Salt to taste cup of dessicated cocunut cup of water (Add or reduce depeding on the consistency)
Steps
1. Add the chilies and ginger into the grinder. Grind until it is fine. 2. Add the curry leaves to the mixture together with water. Ensure the mixture is not watery. 3. Add decicated cocunut and salt to the above mixture. 4. Finally add lemon juice to achive the sourness desired.
