Describe the process of Human Resource Accounting of your organization or any organization you are familiar with. Bring out the advantages and limitations of HRA. Briefly describe the organization you are referring to. 3. Discuss the concept of Team. Explain various approaches to team development you have came across with respect to your own organization or any organization you are familiar with. Briefly describe the organization you are referring to. 4. Explain the major components of industrial wage structures in India. Discuss the salient features of the compensation system of the organization you are working in or any organization you are familiar with. 5. Discuss the changing role of HRM. Explain the challenges associated with HRM effective policies and practices in the context of present business scenario citing examples from your organization or any other organization you are familiar with.
