This is a recyling electrical circuit with a floating ground.

The b pole is simply a large ohm resitor which lets a small amount of electricity through the 1 million ohm resistor as a bleed over circuit. Alterntively, you could move the last diode prior to the b pole, just above the coil and prior to the 1,00 ohm parallel circuit and prior to the 10,000 ohm resistor, which may very well recyle 99% of the electricity., The cicruit reroutes the electricity across the parallel circuit with the 1,000 ohm resistor, and then recyles it back into the original ciruit. The load boxes shown in the schematic could be the local electrical grid itself, and then also, a house, an apartment, or a commercial building. Obviously, the load must be place prior to the parallel recyling circuit and cannot be placed on the bleed over circuit because this would result in very low amperage for that neighborhood, or apartment, or house, or commercial building, such as .001 amps.
