Needs Assessment: Continued decrease in our SWIS (School Wide Information System) data. Strategies/ Action Plan Steps Year 1 Continue VtPBIS with a focus on Tier 3 supports and systems. New teacher/staff training during inservice. Staff training through BEST Summer Institute. -SWIS -Classroom acknowledgement systems successes - Introducing and getting the Social Responsibility (SR) rubric up and running K-6. -Character building and character ed. resources -Trainings for all staff, -Bullying and harassment curriculum and training, -Time for SRTF to meet/retreat to make sure working through action Year 2 Review our current VtPBIS Tier 2 supports and systems. New teacher/staff training during inservice -SWIS -Classroom acknowledgement systems successes -Gather data from SR rubrics for report cards and sharing with staff and families. -Character building and character ed. resources -Trainings for all staff, -Bullying and harassment curriculum and training, -Time for SRTF to meet/retreat to make sure working through action plan. Year 3 -VtPBIS -Begin brainstorming and working on next level of action planning for SRTF New teacher/staff training during inservice -SWIS -Classroom acknowledgement systems successes -Gather data from SR rubrics for report cards and revisions as needed. -Character building and character ed. resources -Trainings for all staff, -Bullying and harassment curriculum and training, -Time for SRTF to meet/retreat to make sure working through action plan.
