2011 TransAsia Airways Personal Manager Dear Sirs / Madams: My name is Yu Shan Hsu (Yuki Hsu). My parent always says that I was born with enthusiasm for traveling. As I grew older, my footprint wentI set my footprint farther, as well asso did my ambition of traveling overseas and reaching foreign cultures. Thus, Ive joined Work & Travel program once I completed my degree. I was assigned to work in Merchandise at Sea World, Florida for 3 months. With colleagues from various nations, it had becoame my first experience toward different culture. and It was also my initiation to build friendship with foreigner and working experience in a multi-culture environment. On the other side, my friends view me as a caring and keen listener. This character was a particular helping tool for me to gain success from my post jobs. As an account executive& Sales in E-marketing industry, timeliness and campaign quality were always the two major problems that pressure everybody. Thus, part of my essential duty was to clam my clients with smiles and patient whenever a problem or complaint occurred, expressing my cares to their concerns. I also learned that how to work in teams and collaborate with others. I believe these qualities should be as essential for being a flight attendant. All and all, I believe that flight attendant is a job that was meaningful and worth everything of me to fight for this chance.
