Kidamerinks in the Kitchen

Twisty Bread T Week


Ingredients: 3 Cups Flour 1 Cups Warm Water 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil 1 Packet Fast Rising Yeast Teaspoon Sugar Teaspoon Salt 1-2 Tablespoons Basil (depending on taste I like a lot of Basil) 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder Cup Grated Romano Cheese (or Parmesan) Instructions: 1. Throw all ingredients into Mixer. 2. Mix Together using a dough hook attachment on low for 2-3 minutes, or until a ball forms. 3. The dough will be fairly sticky, but dont add any more flour. 4. Scrape the dough out and form into a ball. Add a Teaspoon of Olive Oil to a bowl and coat the dough. Then cover and let it rise for 30 minutes, or until doubled in size. 5. Pre-heat your oven to 400 degrees. 6. Then, roll out the dough into "snakes" as my Kidamerink says and twist them around eachother to make into Twisty Bread. 7. Sprinkle with Romano Cheese and Garlic Powder. 8. Let the dough rest for about 10 minutes, then bake for 1012 minutes or until golden brown. 9. Enjoy with Tomato Sauce!
