RESEARCH PROBLEM:
How does potassium bisulphate act as a food preservative under various conditions such as temperature, concentration and time?
The main purpose of this investigation is to determine the effect of temperature, concentration, and time on the action of potassium bisulphate as a food preservative.
More specifically, this study will seek to answer the following problems:
How does temperature affect the action of potassium bisulphate as food preservative? How does concentration of potassium bisulphate affect its action as food preservative? How does time affect the action of potassium bisulphate as food preservative?
