Dear Parents/Guardians, In behalf of the officers of Parent-Teacher Fellowship {PTF), LBFCSI teachers and administrators, I would like to thank all of you who have shown support and participation with our PTF activities and projects.

We are gratefulfor the monthly contribution as well as the rummage items that yor.r have danated. I am happy to inform you that the PTF has already done one of our_planned projects, which was the procurement and distribution of water dispensers to each of the nine classrooms in thepre-elementary and elementary levels. Now our pupils have easy access of safe drinking water in the comfort of their
classrooms. Currently, the School Canteen charges PhP 50.00/5-gallon cylinder container, and our PTF Class PRO's, teachers and class officers collect the payment from our pupils o-parents. ln the case of pupils from Grades 4-6, their respective class funds wifl be used to buy the water refilfs.

I would like to remind you of our upcoming Parent-Teacher Conference scheduled on September 10, IOLL, Saturday, at 8:00 am. Other than the thinfs that will be discussed by the school administrators, we will talk about the PTFactivities and projects as well as the details of PTF funds and operating expenses. To those who attended the special meeting held last August 27,2Ot1, we still need your attendance as there might be other important concerns which were not discussed in the said meeting.
Let me also remind you of your monthly contributions. You may put them in an envelope or inside a piece of paper with your name and pupil's name printed on it. Receipts will be issued to your afterward by the respective class advisers or PTF treasurer and PRO. Rest assured that the funds will be properly
used and accounted for. Again, thank you and hoping for your continued support and attendance to our conference.
