Phuttharak, who was born on Aug. 10, 1965. We lived together without marriage
certificate until the year 2004, our cohabitation terminated. We have a common
daughter name Onvanya Phuttharak born on December 27, 1997. After the year of
2004, we were no longer contracted with each other since separation. However
Mr.Chusak Phuttharak is the sole person giving care to his daughter to present.
