We will be collecting them all year. Please send in your child's personal data sheet (completely filled out), immunization records, kindergarten health assessment and birth certificate as soon as possible. These documents are needed to complete your child's cumulative folder. Math: Sorting by color, counting to 30, identifying shapes and their sides, creating an AB pattern, and writing counting numbers to 10, directional and positional words: in, front, on, around, behind and over Handwriting: Please help your child write his or her name. Remind your child to start their letters at the top and only the first letter of their name is a capital letter. Have your child identify the letters in their name. Writers Workshop: We are learning about our writers notebook, tools we use, having good listening skills and respecting one another. Handwriting without Tears: We are learning jump frog letters; these letters start at the top and pull down, then jump back to the top to finish forming the letters, Jump Frog letters are F, D, B, P, and E
