Objective

To obtain a position in the church where I am able to aid individuals in coming to know the saving grace of
Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and help grow them in that eternal relationship with God.

Experience

Highland Community Church 2006 to current

 Increased spiritual growth in junior high and senior high youth using evangelism, discipleship,
and bible teaching.
 Increased adult leadership by establishing and training a team of volunteers.
 Created, established, and managed both junior high and high school youth program.
 Established core group programs for students who desire to go deeper into the word of God.
 Organized and developed core curriculum for all areas of ministry.

 Established and lead youth praise band.
 Established, developed, and managed Sunday school programs for junior high and senior high
youth.
 Taught and trained other church members through various bible studies, classes, and small group
ministries.

Countryside Bible Church 2004 to 2006

 Worked alongside senior pastor to create spiritual, church, and family growth in the body of
believers.
 Managed various leadership teams to accomplish youth growth and development.
 Implemented various forms of training for leadership and youth by building a variety of programs
to advance the gospel in evangelism and discipleship.
