    Point 1. Each region would have indicated 11 holidays, where the office would remain closed, as marked . Point 2. There would be two restricted holidays for each employee other than marked ones. Point 3. Individual employee can choose two restricted holidays as mentioned in point 2 from the unmarked holidays (in their region) or list indicated in green colour. Point 4. In case of restricted holidays the employee would have to inform and take permission from HOD Point 5. Atleast 25% of the department strength should be present on restricited holidays. Point 6. Please note that Republic Day (26th Jan), Independence Day(15th Aug) & Ghandhi Jayanti(2nd Oct) are statutory leaves and therefore the office should remain closed on these days.
