May 30, 2011 THE PARO DAR ILOILO St. Clement Compd.

, Lapaz, Iloilo City

ATTENTION : The MARO of San Joaquin , Iloilo

Sir /Madam : The undersigned is one among the sixteen (16) siblings of the late spouses Jacinto and Consolacion Sardon of Barangay Balabago San Joaquin, Iloilo. Jacinto and Consolacion died sometime in 1975 and 1977, respectively. My mother Consolacion while she was alive was issued with CLT No.008051 on September 15, 1978 over a parcel of land located at Barangay. Balabago San Joaquin, Iloilo with an area of 3.3100 hectares, more or less. The original claimant was my father, but after his death in 1975 the said CLT was issued and transferred in the name of my mother Consolacion Sardon. My father started tilling the subject parcel of land in the 1950s and I assisted him until his death in1975 and I took over the actual tillage up to the present.

Please be informed that the land is still owned by the Republic of The Philippines as reflected in the assessment statement by the Treasurers Office of the Municipality of San Joaquin , Iloilo and by the Cadastral Map . But my late father and I regularly and religiously paying rentals to a certain Barcelisa Serag Sesdoyro since the 1960s and to a certain Restituto Pojas from 1972 up to the present. In this connection, I would like to seek the intervention of the DAR or the lead agency in the CARP implementation in order that our dream, my dream of becoming an Agrarian Reform beneficiary shall be realized and the CLT No. 008051 issued on September 15 1978 shall be transformed into an Emancipation Patent (EP) or Certificate of Land Ownership Award (CLDA).

Truly Yours, Mr. Ruben Sardon Barangay Balabago San Joaquin Iloilo.
