    OLD BUSINESS:
    Beaver State Fling
    • Positive feedback about hospitality tent
    • Nice banner!

    Women’s tournament
    • Huge success, had 50 women show up, 20 caddies
    • Gave out over $2000 in script and prizes!
    • Lots of support from individuals and business: Next Adventure, Keen, Huk Lab, Mr. and Mrs.
    Voelker (Jeremy’s parents), Mr. and Mrs. Lobdel, Pacific Coat Paint, G&G Properties, Mr. and
    Mrs. Coleman, Celeste’s Mom, Steve Wang , the Bellingers, Troy Grotte, Bob Cabal and others!
    • Over $500 left over for future Chick Flicks

    Summer School in Vancouver


    • Wrote and taught basic disc golf curriculum to elementary students at Hough Elementary mid
    July. Good times.

    Special Olympics
    • Dana Y thanked SDG members for their support and donations

    Oregon Series and Beaver State Fling Call for Volunteers:


    • Cleaning up course week prior to BSF- call park ranger if you see the “artists” hanging garbage in
    the trees.
    • Ranger asked SDG to teach a disc golf lesson at the park.
    NEW BUSINESS:
    Honorary membership
    • Bryan Knudsen for his sponsorship of the Chick Flick, RCO, BSF and SDG meetings
    • Jerry Miller for 25+ years of serving the Disc Golf community and installation of Trojan

    More Swag
    • Stickers-can buy 200 @ $0.25 each
    • Buy 50 ghost stamp Wizards
    • Generate a wish list and give to Jeff Mittl

    Fall Promotion Day?


    • Send SDG reps to local courses around PDX area

    Course Liaison Program


    • Home course contact person will work between park and SDG.
    • “We need this!” tee pads, clean up, signage
    • Like adopt-a-park

    Pint nights?
    • As winter approaches, SDG hosts a weekly pint night for disc golf followship
    • Show DG videos, mini, etc.

    Disc Dyeing clinic


    • Ryan Gwilliam request $50 in funds to sponsor one night of how-to dye disks. BBQ to follow.
