HR PROMOTIONS AND WAGES MANAGEMENT

Client: National Academy of Constructions (NAC), Gachibowli, Hyderabad NAC is a government of India enterprise developing and promoting various construction techniques in the country of India. NAC is having several offices all over India to do this work with thousands of employs. These employs are having skill sets in various construction techniques and methods. This applications aims in maintaining database of all employs who are working for the organization with their joining date, promotion dates, wages details etc. This database maintains these details region wise, statewide, unit wise etc. this information is helpful in performing HR operations properly by the HR department people. Proposed System: It deals with construction of oracle database centrally accessible to all units of NAC, so that the management can monitor and perform HR operations easily. Modules of Application: 1. User Management This module creates users for operating the application. In order to operate the application by various authorities user id and password is essential. 2. Regions Management Entire India is divided into several regions and this module deals with region name, description and any other details 3. Units management It deals with the various offices of NAC in a specific region with their address, phone no, email id etc. 4. employs management This module adds the employs region wise, unit wise when they are recruited in the organization. 5. promotions management This maintains the details of promotions that can be given to the employ as per the policy of the organization 6. wages management The wages of the employ managed here. If any change in the wages of the employ this module is responsible.
