    Names and telephone numbers of all attorneys who represented you at any time in this case: Kay Kim, Pro Se, Plaintiff. Tel# (317) 641-5977 Nature of complaint: 1. Trial Court Special Judge Sherry K. Reid acted as a head of defendants counsel and signed Order-granting summary judgments contends were total lie. 2. Besides, Special Judge Sherry K. Reid ignored/overturned prior proceeding by the prior Judge David A. Shaheed which above cause was set for jury trial. 3. Soon after Special Judge Reid took over the case, her only intention is to dismiss the case regardless it merits and the law. Im appealing this Trial Court case under Cause no. 49A021106-CT-479; but, that is beside the point. 4. Order granting summary judgment in false pretense for the Defendant-Village at Eagle Creek Home Owners Association, attached the Order. 5. In the Order, Special Judge Sherry K. Reid stated that the all parties were notified, appeared by counsel, heard oral arguments and submitted evidence were total lie. It never happened; because the Order of Summary Judgment was issued on May 12, 2011, before the hearing on May 16, 2011, attached the Courts Notice. Respectfully submitted,
