Goat Liver Curry
Ingredients: 1/2 kg goat liver 2 1 2 1 1 3 3 chopped onion chopped tomato tsp ginger garic paste tsp cumin seeds tsp pepper seeds tsp grated coconut chopped green chili
1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1 1 tsp chili powder tsp cumin powder
Method: * Clean the liver and cut into small pieces. * Grind coconut,cumin seeds and black pepper with water make a fine paste. * Take cooker with water and liver then add ginger garlic paste,cumin powder and sombu,stir it well. * Close the lid,after 3 twistle turnoff the flame. * Heat the pan with oil then saute the onion with cinnamon stick and turmeric powder. * After 2 mints add tomato and green chili,saute it well. * Then add coconut mixture paste,chili powder and salt,saute it well. * Then add cooked liver(with those water) into pan mix it well. * It allow to cook 7-8 mints.then turnoff the flame. * Garnish with coriander leaves. * Serve it with rasam rice/chapatti/dosai.
