Chilly Idly

Ingredients
leftover idli
onions green chillies red chillies peanuts salt to taste oil

a few curry leaves (kadi patta)


coriander (dhania) leaves besan (Bengal gram flour)

1 tbsp cornflour
soy sauce

Method

Keep idly's whichis leftover in fridge for sometime say half an hour. Then cut into smallsquares or any shape to liking. In a bowl put 3 tbs of channaflour,1tb of cornflour salt little,soysause & mix well with water . Dip the pieces of theidlyin batter In hot oil fry them & keep aside. In another pan with 2 tble of oil lightly fry onions both chillies curryleaves. Now add the fried idlys &toss them & add little bit of salt. Now put them in a bowl & sprinkle with corrianderleaves &serve them hot. It can be served with tomato sauce.
