TENANCY
AGREEMENT
This document is an agreement of a tenancy between
following parties. First Party is SHK. Abdulla Bin

The following are terms of this agreement above


mentioned:

1 1. The introduction and all attachment are


consisting integral part of this agreement.
2 2. Tenant must pay advance monthly rent
8,000 commencing the date of this agreement of
amount QR :8, 000 ( Eight thousand Qatari
riyal).

3 3. The duration of this agreement is twelve


calendar month. Commencing the date of
signature of this agreement. If the tenant wants
to terminate it for whatever reason, then he/she
or guarantor must pay its full value of
remaining period to owner.

4 4. In accordance with local law, the owner


reserves the right to increase rate without prior
notice.

5 5.In case of all Parties agree to renew this


contract to other period, new agreement must
be reached and owner reserve the right to
charge renewal charges up to 10% of total
value of this agreement.

6 6. Tenant must pay all governmental charges


pertaining to utilities, charges, taxes or any
other payments due to public sector.

7 7. Tenant must pay all expenses of repair of all


appliances and equipments in the property.
That She/He consumes at the attentatively or
unattentatively, directly or indirectly.
Owner reserves the right to claim all expenses
according to Prices prevail at the time of

incidence.

8 8. If the tenant and owner agrees that latter


carries out any maintenance. He/She reserve
the right to charge administration charges up to
maximum 10% of the monthly rent.

9 9. Tenant shall not make any improvement in


any part of property nor its decorative element
neither any other common parts and shall not
affix or install by any means any decorative or
non-decorative materials to any part of the
property, its appendixes, or common areas.

10 10. It is obligation of tenant to comply with


owner’s rules that regulate the utilization of
property, its appendix and common areas.
Example not using common corridor to keep
furniture items as storage.
In case tenant not meet above mentioned
obligations, owner reserve the right to penalize
the tenant with fines not exceeding 25% of a
month rent.

11 11. In case of travel of tenant, He/She must inform


owner in writing of the case and period of
travel.
Tenant must take all precautions, actions to
turn off all main water supplies, outlets and
switch off all main electrical switches and
insure that property is safe to leave empty in
travel period.

12 12. In case of emergency, owner reserve the right


to enter the property to ensure there is no
damages occurred and to resolve if any.

13 13. At the end of this agreement, tenant must


handover back property in a good condition,
same as He/She received at the commencement
of tenancy. This clause constitutes a condition
which must be applied, in order to refund
deposit. At all cases owner reserve the right to
deduct from deposit to fix damages caused by

tenant without contradiction to clause (7).

14 14. This agreement is signed in three original


copies, one for each party.
