Cooking Vegetarian Briyani with Vegetarian Lamb/Mutton

Ingredients 5 cups of rice 1 packet of vegetarian lamb /mutton 1 can of green peas (small can) 4 tablespoons of curry powder Salt to taste Cooking oil Ghee I Onions Ginger 2 Red Chilies Add water

Steps 1. Wash the rice and leave to dry. 2. Cut and dice onions, chilies and ginger 3. Put 3 tablespoons of oil into the rice cooker and heat it. Then put the onions, chilies and ginger into the rice pot. Stir the ingredients until it turns golden brown. Take out from rice cooker. 4. Deep fry vegetarian lamb or mutton for one to two minutes. Remove from oil. 5. Put in ghee into the rice cooker and heat it. Then add rice and stir until it oozes delicious aroma. You may add one or two tablespoons of ghee or oil if the rice starts looking dry. You may substitute the ghee for oil. However ghee taste would make it taste better . Stir it for about 5 minutes. 6. Add curry powder to the rice you are currently heating and keep stirring for one minute. Then add the friend chilies, onions , ginger and cooked lamb. Keep stirring for one minute. 7. Add just enough water to the rice cooker and close the lid. Leave it for five minutes. 8. Next add in the entire can of green peas. 9. Leave it in the rice cooker to cook until the button pops up. 10. Serve the rice.
