    Dated 27th April, 2010 by M/s. Shardul Builders & developers Ali bag- Raigad, Chief Officer, Alibag Municipal Council & Assistant Director of Town Planning, Alibag, Raigad Ref. : Your Office letter. No. CRZ-2010/ CR-56 /717C-3, dated 27th April, 2010

    Madam This is with your referred letter your office issued CRZ permission to /s. Shardul Builders & developers Vaidhya Baug, Co.Op.HsgSoc. Kamat Ali, Ali bag- Raigad. Some senior citizens from Alibag meet me & complaint against said Shardul builders and govt officials that they have misused of CRZ permission of your office. Before your office CRZ permission shardul builders already start & complete building in CS No.881B, 883B, 884A, 883/1. 883/2A, 883C, 884B, 881/1,881A, 883/2B, 883A, 882, 881C situated at Alibaug vide Alibag Municipal Councils permission No.1315, dated 07/05/2008! officers
    of the Alibag Municipal Council hide that facts in their Office proposal No. 1193, dated 17'

    March, 2010. Citizens also complaint that said shardul builders invest more than Rs. 5 Cores for this project but municipal council submit wrong amount of the proposal is Rs. 3,31,34,030/to your office . As per the Municipal Council report the proposal involves construction of proposed building comprising of Ground + 3 upper floors with shops at ground floor. But M/s Shardul Builders making unauthorized construction in said project. Citizens also completed violation of CRZ Notification, 1991 by shardul builders & Construction is not completed as per the D. C. Rules. The Assistant Director of Town Planning & Chief Officer, Alibag Municipal Council not confirmed whether said M/s Shardul Builders completed there Construction as per the D. C. Rules & there is no violation of provisions of CRZ Notification. It is my humble request to you that start inquiry of this matter urgently & passed order to concerned Government officials for lodged police complaint against M /s. Shardul Builders & developers for violation of CRZ Notification, 1991.
    It is requested to inform me regarding the action taken by your office. Thanking you.
