To Whom It May Concern,

This letter serves as a commitment to full participation in the Center

for Urban Educatin and Innovation’s grant application for the
MacArthur Digital Media Learning Program.

Circles Learning Curriculum has been incorporated in the State of

Florida since 2001 and has the expertise and resources to perform all
duties outlined in the application, including: development of language
arts curriculum,access to server space, printing and binding materials
for the production of workbooks, capacity to burn CD-DVDs for student
projects, direct instruction to students, training for staff.

As the President of the company, I am prepared to devote up to 20% of

my time to the teaching, training, meetings, and production schedules
that the project will entail for twelve months from the commencement
of the project. I understand that my role is to assist in the delivery of
quality language arts curriculum, organizational consultation, and
supervision of instructional staff, and that Circles Learning Curriculum
will be paid $12,500 for its services.
