    No Scheduled Events Docket Report

    In our case against Georgia Power, we were accused of failing to appear at the Motion Hearing May 27, 2008. I have uploaded the published Motion Calendar on which none of our names or case number appears. This is the Docket Report that shows "Scheduled Events". Notice there are NO Scheduled Events. Georgia Power, Judge Becker, and District Court Judge Duffey, Jr. all insist that we missed a hearing that we had asked for. 1. We asked for a hearing on our Motion to Strike Georgia Power's answers for fraud upon the court, perjury and use of a forged/fraudulent easement document. 2. We filed Motion to Stay Discovery and all Other Processes Pending Ruling on Motion to Strike. The hearing of May 27, 2008 was not scheduled as shown on the Motion Calendar (previously uploaded), there were no Scheduled Events on the Docket. The hearing was for Georgia Power's Motion To Compel filed well after our Motions were filed. Obviuosly corrpution within this County and State runs wide and far. You cannot have a hearing that is not scheduled then penalize the Plaintiffs for not appearing by dismissing their case with prejudcie when there was no scheduled hearing, the Ruling made at the hearing was not mailed to Plaintiffs until the day before they were to perform an act (the Order did not make it to us) and the date for the performance was less than one week.
