Name of the Society: Location of Regd. Office: Radha Krishan Mandir Seva Samiti Astal Wala Mandir, Wazirabad, Gurgaon INTERPRETATION
1.) In these rules and regulations unless there be any thing in the subject or context inconsistent there with:A) The Society/Association means Welfare Association. B) The Members mean the members of the Society/Association for the time being. C) The President, Society, Treasure means those respective office- bearers for the time being of the Society/Association. D) TheAnnual General Meeting means such general meetings of the Society/Association as are convened and held only under the rules of Society/Association in force. E) TheMeeting means all meetings other than annual and special general meeting of the Society/Association. F) A Resolution means a resolution of the Society/Association duly passed and adopted. G) The Seal means the seal of the Society/Association. H) Year means the official year of the Society/Association as may be determined by governing body from Lime to time.

MEMBERSHIP
2.) The membership of the Society\Association is open to any people who attained l8years of age have subscriber to the aims and object of the Society\ Association subject to approval of the Governing Body. The decision of Governing Body in this regard shall be final and binding. Member: Every member of the Society/Association who entitled to vote in the decision of the Society/Association as per rules and regulations will be called as member.

ADMISION FEE&SUBSCRIPTION
3.) The admission fee and the subscription shall as under unless other wise revised by the governing Body of the Society/Association: A) Admission fee Rs.200 B) Membership fee Rs. 100/- P.M
