REVISED ECR:

My maps of Ice Cream Land (ICL) have a lot of components that most maps have. I have maps that relate. I have maps that show latitude, landforms, water bodies, and ocean win currents. Also, one of my maps shows products and recourses. I placed my cities where I did so they could be close to the ocean, bays, rivers, or streams. I did this so the cities could be part of the trade route, have good farming, and have minerals. Trade routes are important because most of the food we eat comes from other places. Without Trade routes, we wouldn't have that food to eat. My maps relate in a lot of ways. For one, all the rivers, bays, and gulfs are colored blue. Next, all of my maps are of ICL. Also, All 3 maps show the mountains. Finally, all the maps have states. My country is affected in a lot of ways from different components. The high latitudes are above 2* north and south. The water affects the wind current because all the ocean/wind currents are surrounding bodies of water. The only high elevation is the Rocky Road Mountains. This all affects the climate because this is all traits of the tropical climate.

My natural resources were appropriate because I chose traits of the tropical climate, which is where ICL is located. Gold needs to be in mountains. Fish need to be in water. Coffee and bananas need to be in the tropical climate. ICL's climate was tropical.
