    Irregular migration & control Still in Asian countries irregular undocumented migration is dominant. Interlinking of legal opportunities to control illegal migration. -Bilateral labor agreement. - preferential quota for migrant labor. -Signing of agreement of readmission of migrant between developed and developing countries.

    Destination of labor migration has changed -Intraregional flows. -labor migration not a south west phenomena. -south Africa receives labor migrants from neighboring countries. -Asian labor migration to middle east countries as well as to intra Asian countries.

    Developing countries adopting their policies, legislation & structures to actively promote foreign employment for part of their labor force. - For Sri Lankan Korean employment. -Philippine send 800000 workers per annum.

    Protection of migrant workers. -migrants & their dependence are protect by international low. -Sri Lanka & Philippine has introduce comprehensive low to protect their employee abroad. -2003 July 22 countries ratified the united nation convention on protection of all migrant workers & their families.

    Brain Drain -Unmanaged and indiscriminate international recruitment of skill labor. - Developed country capturing skilled labor through migration workers leads to make insufficient skill labor force in native country. - some countries have make regulation to take recommendation with the consultancy of origin countries to avoid this bad effect. ex. Egypt has establish integrated migration information system

    Bilateral regional & multilateral agreements on labor migration.
