    ANNEXURE - I CIVIL & Structural Work for SAC Plant Aruvankadu Location : Cordite Factory, Aruvankadu, The Nilgiris,

    Tamilnadu - 643 202 India SPECIFICATION: SAC plant:This will be a structural building with truss covered with sheets. There will be one control room at upper level. with false flooring, ceiling, aluminium door window etc. Ground floor will be covered with acid proof tile on floor, wall & over tank/pump base. Separate foundation for building column, stair, tanks, pumps etc along with tie beams shall be as per design. Building size(approximately) 8 meter x 6 meter x 20 meter (height) with G + 3 floor. Exact dimension will be available in the drawing. Boiler Plant: Single storied building with RCC framed structure with a MCC room, brick wall, door windows inside trenches, structural platforms, boiler foundation, building column foundation, Chimney Foundation etc.
    Building size(approx) 8meter x 8 meter x 8 meter (height). Exact

    dimension will be available in the drawing. Chiller Plant: Single storied building with RCC framed structure with a MCC room, brick wall, door windows inside trenches, structural platforms, chiller foundation, building column foundation etc. Building size (approx.) 6 meter x 4 meter x 8 meter (height). Exact dimension will be available in the drawing. Pump House:It will be a RCC found structure covered with RCC roof, monorail, pump foundation, sump and water channel, building wall, foundation etc. Building size (approx) 3 meter x 3 meter x 8 meter (height). Exact dimension will be available in the drawing.

    Cooling Tower Basin: There will be RCC framed structures with anchors at top and RCC basin with water channel (RCC) connection. Approx. Size 3m x4m (floor). Exact dimension will be available in the drawing. Water Tanks: RCC overhead and underground tanks with ladder, provision or pipes etc. Tank Size : 3 meter x 3 meter x 2 meter (Height). Exact dimension will be available in the drawing. Pathways & Drain:There will be network of covered pathway of 3m width drains (bricks) along road & around the buildings, its connection to main drain. Cable Trench: There will be a network of cable trench, pit, sump connecting building trenches with provision of inserts, pipe sleeves etc.
