    Noun a fixed and oversimplified image or

    idea of a particular type of person or thing


    Verb to view or present a person or thing as

    a stereotype

    When a visual stereotype is repeatedly

    used, it becomes part of a societys culture.


    CULTURE describes a mutually accepted rules that define all forms of communication of a certain group

    IMAGES reinforce stereotypes


    People form attitudes about others within and outside their own culture
