    Initial staff for a new company in Nigeria will come from India to recruit and train local staff who will be placed in regional offices.     People: Profile of InCO-personals : Initial staff of trained professionals will be from India.

    These people will recruit and train local people which will be posted in different regional office of the country. Since Nigeria is country with certain region dominated by certain religious communities , so Preferably people from that particular community will be trained and posted there. This will easily educated the local people about our program. Eg North Nigeria is Dominated by the Hausa and Fulani, almost

    exclusively and south west by the Yoruba and Edo tribes etc. Channel Partners : not able to find anything relevant for this
    Local Citizens : Since most of the South Nigerian Business are Dominated by Sindhis . They can be helpful in promoting our Program and help in local liaising also. This will be helpful has South Nigeria is one of the Most prosperous ,fast developing part of Nigeria.
