Top 10 Popular Cars Sold in Malaysia and The Myvi Buyers The charts show Malaysian Top 10 popular cars as well as the Myvi buyers in 2009. Overall, it can be seen clearly that Perodua Myvi cars stated at the first rank because they mostly bought by young working adults. Perodua Myvi is the most popular car as they able to sell 90,595 units while Proton Saga ranked at number 2 with 71,688 units cars. In third and fourth rank, there was 67,977 units of Perodua Viva and 42,984 units Proton Personas cars. Toyota Vios cars also famous at fifth rank with 29,387 units. In ranking number 7, the sales of Proton Exora was 18,451 units which about 1,271 units less than Honda Citys sales. With 14,572 units cars sales, Toyota Hilux ranked 8th place while cars sales at the 9th place for Nissan Grand Livina was 12,287 units. The last ranking for most popular cars was Toyota Avanza with 11,468 units.

Perodua Myvi ranked at first place because they mostly bought by young working adults which is 53% while the percentage of studenys is 27%. However, the buyers of Myvi cars was least about 10% for housewives and senior executives. In conclusion, most of young working adults use Myvi cars which make the sales for them increased significantly than another 9 cars in 2009.
