    Parking for NE Sunday parkways on 25 September The City of Portland has changed the starting point area for

    this walk to 37th Ave. and Ainsworth on the east side. They also have changed the route so that you can not park on 37thAve., Holman from 37th to 42nd and 41st Ave. Therefore we are recommending the following changes for parking: If you plan to arrive before noon Take the 42nd Ave exit off of Lombard and turn right on Holman. Continue on Holman to 36th, 35th or 34th Ave. and turn left to find street parking between Holman and Ainsworth. There are a lot of spaces and we will be starting hours before they shut down the parkway route so it should be easy to find a near by space. Walk to Ainsworth and then left to 37th Ave to the Start. If you plan to arrive after 12 pm (noon) As Holman will be closed from 42nd Ave. to 37th Ave., take the 33rd Ave. Exit off of Lombard and turn left on Holman. Continue on Holman to 36th, 35th or 34th Ave. and turn right to find street parking between Holman and Ainsworth. There are a lot of spaces and even though the Parkway route will be closed to traffic there should be a lot of near-by spaces. Walk to Ainsworth and then left to 37th Ave to the Start.
