Greetings!

I do understand that you need a copy of my Philippine professional nursing license to be eligible to take the NCLEX in the state of California. However, since I am just a recent March 2009 graduate, I took the nursing licensure examination last June 6 and 7, 2009. Hence, I would not be able to present my license. Once I already receive my license, they will be sent as soon as possible.

I do wish to take the NCLEX. This letter states my reason for not being able to present my nursing license and a copy of diploma.
