Reflection paper The activity that weve done last meeting is about bringing out any things/belongings that starts in the letters of the Alphabet. Our group had come up with creative things such as bra (girls under garment) underarm hair, nipples and one of my classmates even raised his virginity, etc. In order for a group to collect things that starts in the letters of alphabet, we have to work as a team. Teams have different needs, and people should be selected to ensure that all various roles are filled. This is the 9 key roles of a team enters. In our group, some of the key roles of a team are present. We have Angelica yuson, who played the role of being an adviser. She encourages us to search more creative things that we can use in the activity. All of us are creators, each member initiates creative ideas. Joanna Santos our assessor. Assessor who analyze our options or alternative things that we can present on the class. Zerwin Reyes (me) is a promoter. A promoter who strengthens/champions ideas after initiated or presented. The team also has an organizer, charie maghirang. She organized the things that we have collected by simply writing the names of the things on a paper and placing it into a certain spot. Frances Villegas, our very own producer. A producer who provides us direction on where will we find these things and how will we get it. The group filled key roles for a team. Roles that are needed for a team to be successful.
