300 ml low fat yoghurt serving)
1/2 tbsp caster sugar
300 ml water
4 tbsp strawberry puree

20 g pistachio nuts

1. Whisk yoghurt till frothy. Sugar 7g


2. Add sugar and whisk till sugar dissolved.

3. Add in water and pureed strawberry.
4. Whisk for further 2 minutes. Sodium 54 mg
5. Pour into a glass.

6. Garnish with pistachio nuts and serve.
